Shipping

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

 

Standard shipping – 2-3 buisness days £3.99

Express shipping – Next business day £4.50

 

When your order has shipped you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

In the rare event that you do not receive your item after 14 days please contact us at loulaleee@gmail.com with your name and order number so we can investigate this for you.

If your package is marked as delivered by the courier but you do not have the item, we are no longer liable, and you will have to contact the courier


Returns

Thank you for your purchase, we hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you can request a return for a full refund.

 We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at loulaleee@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted or refunded.

Due to the nature of our item’s, exchanges are not possible as each piece of clothing is completely unique.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. PLEASE NOTE: as each item is made from second hand textiles, they may have slight defects which will be stated in the description. Returns will not be accepted if a disclosed defect is the reason.
